  • After my brother-in-law wrote to the hotel they promptly responded with an offer to make up for the average meal. I am now giving them 4 stars for customer service. Even at my favorite restaurants, I sometimes get a disappointing meal. I will give these guys another shot and let you know if the other reviewers were right.
