  • So last I've gotten my ac fixed and it's been fine till tonight, also the service that they have provided me was awesome last year! Tonight I had called because my ac just stopped working in this 100 degree weather & found out when I got home. I've called to see if I could get someone out here to check my ac unit and also see if they'll offer my warranty due to it being a little over a year by 1 wk & a day. The lady (Tala)that answers the phone & takes all the informations was very RUDE & even her manager (Ashley)! They just gave me the run around the three times I had call. Plus had the nerve to tell me "do you realize that they are only open from 9-5". First I didn't see that till I went to look up the information since I'm just going off of the recipient that I have gotten last year & only if she had told me that in the beginning when I first talked to her! Yes I am getting impatient waiting for a phone call to get everything schedule which took little over an hour to actually have a manager that works at the location here in Vegas to give me a call and her name is Pam and she was pleasant! But didn't like that fact when the Ashley & Tala said that they were trying to get a hold of a manager that works at the location on the phone while they was talking to me which clearly she wasn't because if she was she would've put me in hold while trying to get a hold of them.
