  • Our experience with discount tire has always been favorable! When they closed the one by us I was genuinely bummed. Like who gets bummed when a tire store closes down? Well...I do! It was more bummed that all the faces I have been accustomed to seeing on a monthly basis have now been scattered out elsewhere. So this location has become my go-to location for a few reasons that doesn't really need explaining. I will say I have never seen this place NOT busy. I got so spoiled with no waiting time that it took me a couple visits to realize you're going to have to wait an hour at least. Customer service has remained consistent to the brand. They are welcoming, helpful, and even though you can tell the guys are beat...they still do their best to give you the best service they can. Always professional! I suppose one reason I come to this location was after seeing Tim (from the closed down location near me) there. Very comforting to know someone you have grown accustomed to seeing and knowing his prior customer service makes it even more trusting. Anyway, the have great selection of tires...rims if you need. They have layaway (or so I was told by a worker a couple years ago) and financing in case you don't want to spend time saving funds. Lol. Free tire rotation which I was under the impression that only happens if your tires were purchased at discount tires (someone correct me if necessary), free air with its own lane so you don't have to get out of your car just to get air in your tires...very convenient for someone like me towing children! I've had terrible, terrible experience at a competitor that rhymes with fire dorks at two locations that I have decided long ago to keep our business with discount tire.
