  • I needed a dress altered and Emerald was faster and cheaper than my other quotes. Those don't matter as much as quality work and she does indeed do quality work. I don't see any reason to look around anywhere else for my future alteration needs. A couple notes, there is parking out back behind the store. You can recognize the spot by the bright pink door. Also, they prefer cash payment, but do accept debit cards too. I don't think they do credit card.
