  • Yelp should allow the option to give no stars since this company does not even deserve one star. First off, the estimate given prior pick off was considerably off. I was quoted $1500 prior to pick up and then was told that it would be $3000+ when the furniture was loaded. The furniture was then scheduled to be delivered last weekend. Last weekend no call was received and the furniture was never delivered. I called to request for an update on the status and there was no answer when I called. Finally when the company called, they stated it would be delivered this weekend on Sunday. I waited for a call on Saturday the day prior to the rescheduled delivery date and still no call. Finally I called on Sunday morning and was told that I would receive a call back. Hours passed by so I decided to call again. I was told that they tried calling to confirm the delivery and there was no answer so they "sent their movers home". I told them that I have been waiting for a call and even called them in the morning. I was then told that there's nothing they can do since there is no one there to do the delivery. Save your time and avoid the hassle by avoiding this company to deliver your furniture. I wouldn't even recommend this company to my worst enemy.
