  • Went to Best Buy to pick up some ink for my printer. When I bought my printer, one of my primary concerns was finding a color printer that would print B&W even when the color cartridges were out. Cashier assured me that this printer would do that. The results are in, and the lie detector determined THAT WAS A LIE. So now, I'm stuck having to keep all of my cartridges full no matter what. Best Buy needs to do a better job of educating its employees and letting them know it's better to admit not having an answer rather than falsifying information. That being said, nothing particularly good or bad about this location.
