My husband and I stay at many hotels throughout the year and have never been so disappointed in the quality of service as we were here. It started with the girl that checked us in, she didn't make us feel welcome, but we decided maybe she was tired. We went up to our room and there was no safety lock on the door and there was a gap at the bottom of the door. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The next morning at breakfast the lady in charge was rude and slamming things around, enough so that all the people in the dining area were talking about her. She never smiled once and made people feel disrespected. The breakfast was good, but because of the service we didn't care for it. We'd never stay here again because of the customer service we received. I hope management reads this and contacts me, I'd be happy to give them advice about how their staff should be treating their paying customers!
