I was in the barbershop the day of the incident. The lady didn't understand that the barber was waiting on a client that had made an appointment. The late customer called the barber and said that they were not going to make it to the barbershop. So the barber was then able to accommodate the new customer for service in which the barber did provide. Sometimes people don't understand that businesses works in certain ways and no matter who you are everyone is treated with love care and respect. The Barbers in the shop are like family and will do there best to accommodate you but it takes a deal of patience when there are appointments that have to be accommodated as well..
