  • A less than average Marriott hotel. I booked the renaissance thinking it should have been the upscale airport selection. Wrong. The positive is the room size, as a "suite" hotel it checked this box. Hot water, non-existent. Who wants a hot shower anyway? Coffee service in room-decaf only! We all drink coffee for the flavour?! Noisy! The courtyard bar in the middle of this hotel makes it super loud at night (and I was on the 8th floor). Lastly, the hotel bar. Please understand that frequent travelers like good wine and by the glass. A really poor selection. Front desk checkin was fine but not the usual thank you for being an elite member welcome.
