  • I have been going to this store for years. Now looking for a new store. They renovated the place and many of the old faces seem to be gone. Also, I had two recent experiences that are souring me on this place. I buy laundry soup ahead of need. This means by the time I use it, possibly weeks have passed. When I went to do laundry with my back up bottle, imagine my surprise when it came out like water. I had called the store at that time and after a frustrating call with someone in management where I was told that this happens all the time at walmart, I was told they couldn't do anything about this as I didn't have a receipt. They hung up very abruptly. Okay. I'll let this pass. This time I bought Philadelphia Cream Cheese. When I went to use it in my recipe I put the knife through but it came off in crumbles. I Googled to see what would cause this and search popped up that if it is frozen it crumbles after it is thawed. This seems to be poor food handling on the part of someone in the food delivery system, be it store or transport. I didn't bother to call as I don't want to trek back to the store. As a result of this, both within 3 months, I will be more diligent in my search for a new weekly shopping store.
