| - Our group of three (two females/1 man) were excited when we met Cyndi and had our first services. However, that was short lived. One gal that had gel manicures had to watch every step because it kept chipping before even the second week. One gal had a "new" set of acrylic nails (Elvis doesn't care for tips, so I agreed). Two nails are completely crooked. When I returned two weeks later for a fill and to have them straightened... nope not straightened and then was told by Cyndi that "acrylic" fills are more??? Our combined bills crept up each time we visited.
When finally I challenged pricing off the "senior" card I was given on the first visit, I was told that "acrylic" sets are more expensive - hmmm not told that when I agreed to have them done versus tips, I wouldn't have made the choice (haven't had "acrylics" for years). Then I was told "acrylics" were more expensive for fills??? what never told that and both fills before acrylics were applied and after were the same!
Pedis are lacking... foot scrub is used, they use a scraper and then wash off your feet. 5 minute massage... and total time is about 30 minutes start to finish where most places it takes 45-60 minutes.
Price changes and no accountability. Beware... sounds, looks and smells good at first, then watch the charges increase. Other reviewers are correct, newly licensed techs - there are no hair services available, so not sure why marketing pieces and even info here list such.
Staff are nice enough, but when you come in to relax and have your friend time... it's too much chatter. Elvis is a good tech and definitely carries the shop with the artwork, but she can't do it all!
