  • Following is the complaint I have filed with Cineplex Odean: Add-on: to their credit, after filing a complaint with Cineplex (see below), they advised that the seats are scheduled to be replaced in the next week or so, and the VIP theatres are to receive makeovers later this year. I am unclear why there is a ticket premium of $7.00 on top of the ticket price (no senior's rate) coming to $20.00 per ticket for the "package". However, the viewing room #3 was a shock at any price: very worn out seats (leather peeling)and quite filthy looking. Lots of grumbles from other patrons. In the row behind us, there was a broken wine glass on the floor. Lots of litter/popcorn on the floor everywhere. There was no short or other pre-movie entertainment but several trailers we have seen several times prior to other movies during the past few weeks. Very disappointing. There should have been a discount to attend a movie in this theatre, not a premium charge!
