rev:text	I buy my bare minerals foundation there, always have, but never will again! When I was checking out, the sales clerk, Andrea, started by wanting my phone number. I told her that it was unlisted. Then she asked if I was a member of their club. I said no. She preceded to ask me if I wanted to join. Again, I said no, that it was okay. She kept asking are you sure? Don't you want to join? Again, I said no. She then asked if I had the right color of foundation. I said yes. She asked if I was sure. Again, I said yes. Then she said she hoped I had the right color because if I needed to return it, it's a lot easier to do if I'm a member of their club. Ugh!!! I said it's all good and I'm all set. Weeeellllllllll, that's when what little customer service she offered stopped. She rung me up and slid the foundation container towards me. I finished signing the pad thing, she ripped off the register receipt and handed it to me with a 'here ya go'. No bag, no putting it all together, etc. I asked if I could have a bag. She ripped one off the hook, handed it to me and said 'there'. I took my foundation, receipt, and bag and bagged up my purchase as I left. Really??? Thirty bucks for my foundation and you can't even bag it up for me?!!? When I worked retail, I never would have done that to a customer. I was upset as I got in my car, and decided I will never go back there again. I'll go to SEPHORA, or order online. Receiving decent customer service should not depend on whether you cave in to their pressure to join their club or how much you spend. Every dollar a customer spends at your store should be respected and the customer treated with kindness, too. Bye, Ulta!
