| - First time trying this place by recommendation of my friends. It's a little far from my home but well worth the drive.
At 4pm, we were the only consumers there. Other started coming in little by little, probably because it's raining outside.
The aroma of the place alone makes you drool. So many mixtures of spices floating in the air!
We were served our water one at room temp and the other with ice. We ordered, and had our food maybe 15-20 mins later.
Recommending their Chicken Tikka Masala (Roasted Chunks of Chicken in a creamy, spiced, orange colored sauce), Chicken Tindoori (Yogurt Marinated and seasoned with spice mixture), Garlic-Butter Naan (somewhat like pita bread), Biryani Rice. It was enough to feed my family of four though we had to order another two orders of the Butter-Garlic Naan. It was just that good!
We also ordered the Raita sauce which is yogurt based to cool the spiciness of the chicken tindoori for my mom who doesn't like spicy food. It definitely did what it's supposed to but the taste was nothing to go crazy over. I've tasted better from other places.
One star deducted for how non attentive the servers where when we were there. They only came to our table when one of us flagged them down and never did they just check up on us throughout our meal.
As for the place, clean looking, very spacious, dimmed lights to make the place more intimate and music to portray the the desired ambiance of the place.
Will be back!
