  • First off my laptop had a cooling error and I had no idea wha was wrong so I brought it in for a free diagnostic. They lowered the quoted price of 90 to 30 dollars after finding a faster solution to my problem. To put thermal paste in took 3 days and now my laptop now works with no error. Also they said they wouldn't charge if the computer wasn't fixed after everything. Really impressed with the service overall.
