  • I placed an order online so my son in college who is 24 hours away so he could pick up a COMPUTER at the chandler store. My order was cancelled due to potential fraud or unknown reason online. I tried reordering and it wouldn't work online. I called the store and attempted to buy over phone and literally begged someone to help me. No one cared. I have never in my life been treated so rudely. So rude, I NEVER want to shop at Best Buy again. Bryan, the store manager, might possibly have the WORST customer service skills I've ever experienced. Truly careless, unconcerned and blatantly rude to me. Zero willingness to resolve my problem, no answers, no suggestions, and when I called back (close to store hours ending) I was placed on hold and ignored til the store closed. I am embarrassed that I have ever given Best Buy an ounce of my money and will NEVER shop their again.
