  • My kids have been going to Tinker Town since the school year started. We chose Tinker Town simply because it's 24/7 and I work early mornings and on Sundays. My kids were drops ins and the center only takes cash for drop ins. They don't even carry change so you have to have the exact amount. What an inconvenience for us busy parents! My checking account had some fraudulent activity occur so my account had a freeze on it and the only way to access my funds was to withdraw it in person. Being that it was a Sunday I was not able to access my money. I explained the situation with them and offered to pay with a credit card and they declined. I went back the next day to pay with cash and they quoted me a higher price than usual. They said I wasn't being charged the correct amount before. My kids have been going there for months and they just now say this! I think they were being spiteful. Whoever is in charge of their bookkeeping is incompetent. Then when I got upset some lady with the spiked hair said my kids are no longer welcome there. Good! Because we weren't coming back anyways. I guess there was some good from someone hacking into my checking account.
