  • Last week, I brought my gold bracelet (10 years old) in to have the lobster claw replaced. I told the man that the bracelet keeps falling off. He told me that there was nothing with the lobster claw and charged me $45 to solder the clasp. The bracelet fell off again today and as of yet, I am unable to find it. I will never go to them again for anything.
