  • LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THIS PLACE--If you want a professional who knows what they're doing,,,, and you get your nails done on a regular basis, DO NOT COME HERE!!!! The worst experience I've ever had! I wanted a simple fill--black nails and a little silver fade on the thumbs. It was almost as if I was speaking another language to this lady. She didn't know what coffin shape, or a fade was. To make things simpler, I ended up getting square shape, which is fine. More then two were completed crooked, like I wasn't going to notice. Had her file them some more, sure whatever. Come to find out, she didn't know anything about doing nails, I had to school her thru shaping, the color, acyrillic and applying a cute bow on--basically my whole fill. This whole time she was rushing me because she had another appointment (I made an appointment too) but because she started muttering like I was the problem--and if the company is reading this right now, something about customer service you should know: the customer is always right. I'm not usually so critical but it looks bad on the owner that hired her if she can't meet the expectations of a simple style, not like I was asking for a crazy design. Her name is Lisa so beware unless you want to have a migraine while grooming yourself. I will save the headache and go to my normal place from now on.
