We sat at the sushi bar and got all you can eat sushi. The ngiri was lame. Every piece of fish was too long to dip in the soy sauce dish. They were also much too thick, which completely changes the flavor profile for the worse. I thought I got stabbed in the lip from a splinter on my chopsticks, but turns out it was just the Albacore ngiri, which had bones in every piece... We should have just walked out right then. I'll leave it at that. There is nothing special about this sushi restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant watch Jiro Dreams of Sushi. Pretty clear what you are doing wrong.
