There are pros and cons with this place.
Pros:
The building is absolutely beautiful. The main hall was very nice with LEDs and AV that dropped from the ceiling. The bathrooms were nice too. Kelly was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to hep make the event a hit.
The view outside the main window is breath taking as well.
Disclaimer: we were one of the first events here. I know that there are bugs to work out still.
Cons:
They hosted an open house during our event. This was poor planning. The acoustics in the hallway were not good. Every time the staff brought out someone to show them the facility, I heard all about what they had to offer. I heard this from within the main hall with the doors closed. After serval hours, they stopped walking people down the hallway. They kept showing people dish network in other rooms. The only problem was that it changed the AV feed in our event. This happened serval times before they stopped. The light placement in proximity to the projector screen made it hard to see the images. Also, the lack of window shades also made the room hard to present in because of the amount of light. Due to the open house, we were photo bombed behind our presenter almost once every 10 minutes. The cadence went like this...speaker delivered a killer point, someone playing with the waterfall the next second. Killer point, let's take a photo with the water fountain. So on and so on. It was almost comical by the end.
We will be back as they are going to continue to work through the problems of a new building. This would be a great place for a business meeting all the way to a wedding.
