  • Jeff is a thorough professional. I have used his services 3 times in the past 5 years. First time I called upon him to just replace a broken spring. As he was working on it, I asked some more questions and I ended up having him move the motor from the bigger door to the small door and install a new motor on the bigger door, with sensors and outside keypad for a very reasonable price. 2nd time I had to call upon him because my teenage son started backing out from the garage before it was fully open. This ended up not only ripping the spoiler off the SUV from the top, it also bent the bottom of panel of the garage door and broken cable and left it inoperable. Jeff came in and although he recommended replacing the door, he did decide to give it a try repairing it. And he did get it working and saved me a bundle on a new door. I just had him come over on July 6, 2017 to replace a broken a spring (which had just gone out of warranty). Advised that I replace the rollers since those were now 25 years old. He also repaired the malfunctioning sensors. Jeff will recommend what should be done. He gives you a matter-of-fact opinion and you make the decision. Eventually, it is all about trust and I trust Jeff. He is punctual, prompt and does his work fast. He travels stocked with just about everything that is needed for doing normal repair work. I wholeheartedly, enthusiastically and unequivocally recommend Jeff Dreikosen for anything to do with garage doors! Ashok
