  • My brother bought his truck here. He told me about this "concierge service" that was tacked on to the purchase. Apparently he wasn't happy about it. He left for military duty last week and I am taking care of the truck. I have brought it in for a wash three times now (twice before he left), the first time was the only time I got any help at all. Last time I pulled off without any help after a few mins and drove nearby and wiped the truck down with my own towel. This time I have been sitting here for a good 25 mins since pulling through the automated car wash with at least one guy sitting down the entire time. No one has even come over to say anything to me. At this point the truck has water spots from the water drying on its own. My brother wants me to talk to the sales manager just to get some actual service like he paid for. It is absurd that I should have to go to such extremes. I am pulling out of this place now. I would rather pay for a wash at terrible's than hunt down someone to complain to, especially when they know their service is garbage.
