  • Went in to have my transmission looked at, since it was acting up a little and still under warranty. Surprisingly they found out that the work I needed, RIGHT AWAY, would cost me about $1800 out of pocket. I didn't feel right so went to a mechanic down the street and they were completely honest. The small work I need done won't even cost a fraction of what Chapman wanted to charge! Won't be back to Chapman.
