  • I am normally not a person who likes to use advertisements from local mailings and the first time I used a company I found in it I have had a bad experience and regret. After the arrival of this companies workers my husband had told me to send them away and not use there services. First off the quote I was given was 144 for carpet shampooing and starching for 5 bedrooms and a hallway then they come back with a price of over $600, for all these extras that should actually be included in the product itself . And the employes seemed shady the products were unmarked so I could not be sure what they were using, there truck was unmarked they had no company shirts on. I was stubborn, I let them do it anyways since there were already there. They lowered price to $245 . I had a small dog pee stain only one day old they couldn't get out , the house still reeks of wet dog , the carpet is not much different then before they came. I just moved into this house I'm in now for two weeks, I'm renting and wanted to protect the carpet. They did not scotch guard carpet like I payed for I spilt water on carpet and it soaked right into carpet and my dog peed in a small spot and it did not beed up .they charged me for product they did not even use. !!!!! I am now currently in process of seeking majority of my money back for a job not done right. They have no address listed on flyer or website not even sure if they are licensed Horrible experience you should not use this company
