  • Jeff and the entire crew are awesome! Jeff replaced a lockset and rekeyed the locks on my park model a year ago. My deadbolt jammed recently and I could not turn it to open the door. Jeff was here within 90 minutes, solved the problem, plus checked the door alignment and tightened all the screws- at no charge! Everyone I have dealt with at The Lock Shop has been courteous and professional. They treat their customers like family- such a refreshing experience!
