  • Been a while since I've gone (not since they changed locations) but I've been about 3 or 4 times to get the "bring a friend" manicure deal which is SWEET: 2 shellac manis + 2 drinkypoos (that's somethin boozy and fruity folks - yumyum!) for ~$45 total. If this is still going on, please keep it up! It's awesome!! If not, then saaaaaad pandas. I think I'd still go back for the mani and drinkies though. Love that idea and I always liked what was done with my nails there. All the employees seemed super friendly too. I almost always would get the color-changing (with temperature) gel shellac, sometimes with a glitter topper (+$5) because why not, usually would get a different color (still with the temp-change) accent nail. It's true the colors don't really soak-off in acetone, but I'm a bit of a peeler so I'm more likely to either a) wait until I get a good corner going and then peel it off in chunks after 2 weeks-ish - oh so fun in boring work meetings, or b) let the color grow out and then touch up the bottom with some of my regular polishes at home (I pretty much have all the colors lol). Going with 4 stars since the gel doesn't soak off, but I really liked Rockabetty's when I went back at their old location. Hope it's still awesome!
