  • This is my go to for all of my beauty supplies. I love this place but today was the worst encounter I have ever had. Usually everyone I come across is very nice but Lorraine was RUDE from the second I walked in. I told her i had an exchange and she immediately had an attitude. I told her I had purchased the wrong product and just needed to switch it out. I told her I would leave my exchange at the counter while I go to get the correct product, by then i could tell she was really irritated . When I returned I the counter I told her I didn't have my receipt but I called this morning and they said it wasn't an issue, they could pull my receipt up by my number. She shot back that SHE didn't get the call so I didn't call. When I told her I could show her my phone log she basically told me she didn't care to see. Then she pulled up my receipt no problem, checked all my product to be sure it wasn't used then proceeded with the exchange. She was very rude and unwelcoming. The only reason this place isn't 5 star to me is because the way I was treated by Lorraine.
