I wish I would've read the reviews before taking my firearm there. Let me first say that the customer service here is awesome, unfortunately I would've rather had poor customer service and an awesome job done on my rifle. I took my AR-15 to have the muzzle brake removed and a shroud put on... that's it! I was only charged $20 which I thought was a steal and the service took about five minutes. When I got home the first thing to happen was the shroud fell off, then I noticed my barrel was significantly angled, which it wasn't before. I went back with my girlfriend(to look at firearms) and the gentleman said bring it in and they'll take a look at it. Before I took it I stopped by a local range only to find out the severity of the issues. Long story short I ended up with a bent barrel, broken gas tube(I think) and stripped Allen screws. People want to put money in their firearms for upgrades not repairs, especially for repairs that were done by someone else's negligence! What's really unfortunate is it is one of those places where you want to become a loyal customer even if they're a couple of bucks higher than the competition... and they're dog friendly too! The selection of firearms for purchase is little to no variety and the location is cool as long as you have gps or Google maps. I wanted to give it 1 star but their customer service earned an extra star from me. I'll continue to take my firearms to Range 702 for any further work or cleaning.
