  • Went here with my girlfriend to look into a membership for us and check out the store about a month ago. The guy at the door checking memberships, Len, was beyond rude and unhelpful. Didn't direct us to the counter, didn't try to help, just asked if we had a membership and when we said no he just said "members only" and looked beyond us. He was clearly on a power trip for his door guarding authority, but we will never be back to this place again.
