  • Worst ever! I made my payments early every month with additional $ towards principle. Realized They were double-dipping & taking auto payments 2 times per month! Unfortunately I didn't notice for 4 months resulting in $1600 overpayment. They refused to refund my money. They said I had to open a credit card or checking account & they'd credit that. What?? Thank goodness Wells Fargo reversed funds & provided the refund. Shortly thereafter TruWest contacted me very rudely and said I was behind 2 payments. They were pissed about the refund. After 45 minutes of arguing I requested an audit of my account. Rep said I had a problem paying bills and the audit would prove me wrong. I guess audit proved him wrong because I never heard back from them. I finally refinanced my loan with new company on July 11th and guess what happened on Aug 1st? They hit up my account for another payment after my new loan took over. Crooks! I Didn't even bother calling them about refund. Wells Fargo is on the case. Beware TruWest thieves & crap customer service!
