  • The day before my birthday (9-6-2014) I took my Audi S4 into this location in Anthem because my fiancĂ© was taking me out on the town to celebrate. I dropped the car off and tipped the guy $5.00 on the way in to take care of my baby. I too was approached by a windshield repair man but I didn't agree to his services. I then went in to pay and my receipt was time stamped at1:03PM. Over thirty minutes later my car moved up a space and nobody had done anything to it. It wasn't even vacuumed. I went inside and spoke to Jordan who offered me a replacement wash since I could not stay what would evidently be two hours for a clean car. He wrote on my receipt and I left. On my way home (I live in west Summerlin and was only on that side of town for a favor for my fiancès grandfather) I thought to myself since I won't be returning any time soon and the car wash hadn't done anything whatsoever to my car, that I want a full refund. I called and for the last two days have been conversing with Seth who told me to call Tuesday because their accountant was not available. I called today and of course he is off for two days. I left a message for a manager to call me and they still have not. I called my credit card company and they issued a full and permanent refund. I will NEVER go back to 7 Hills Carwash!!!
