| - My companion and I had eaten at Krazy Fish several times. The food was quite distinct and appealing in contrast to the awkward exterior and aesthetics of the building.
On Sunday August 9, 2015, my companion and I went to have dinner at Krazy Fish. We initially ordered drinks and an appetizer. I began ordering an entree and my companion asked the waiter if he could order 2 different tacos instead of 2 of the same all listed under the daily specials, as he had done numerous times in the past. The waiter explained he would have to ask the kitchen manager because he was unsure about it. While waiting, my companion saw the acting assistant manager, Bonnie, come into the dining room, and asked her to come over to the table. From across the dining room, with other customers present, Bonnie rudely yelled, "No, don't even bother asking! I'm not doing it. If we start doing that for everybody it would be a fuc***g headache for the kitchen, so we're not doing it for you." The owner, Giorgio, was not present, nor was the manager Venus. Venus, unlike Bonnie, was always polite, professional, and quite accommodating whenever possible. If there was something the staff or kitchen could not accommodate concerning our order, Venus professionally came to the table and explained why and sometimes offered alternatives when available .
After Bonnie's very unprofessional and rude antics of yelling across the dining room, terrible customer service, and use of profanity, we canceled our appetizer order, paid for our drinks, and left without any objection or retort. We went to Cabo Fish Taco in NODA. There was a short wait but we were promptly texted when our table was ready. The place had a big crowd. Service was prompt, professional and courteous, and the food was great.
