I would give this a one for customer service, but a two because the first (last & only) wax I've ever had here was done well. I booked an appointment on the app the day before--well before closing time. Apparently it made a scheduling error. Fine, okay. The scheduling wasn't human error, but they didn't check their schedule until 2 hours after they opened and don't offer anything except to reschedule 3+ hours after my original appointment time. I'm not rearranging my whole day because your end of the scheduling app isn't working correctly.
