  • My son has been seen twice at this clinic. Meds ran out and we returned to the clinic to get them ordered as is required on monthly basis. The last visit we were told he needed a blood test. After the first blood test we later learned that the first lab order was for six months. That was not explained when the series started so the results will be available at his monthly appointment. Communication on patient instructions is not clear, if given completely in the beginning of treatment. Yesterday I was told the lab results were not forwarded to the clinic. Then I explained the lab order was with LabCorp and not the one they were checking with. Still no results found. I was told they ordered Rx 1/16/2017, but they were never received. Nurse was going to follow up on lab results and Rx order, then phone me back. It is a day later and I have not heard from the nurse. I worked nine years in patient care facility and many more years in customer service. I am not pleased with the operation of this clinic. I am taking my son to another provider and will notify the clinic. Nice people, but not where I want my son treated for his acne.
