I generally don't shop at Walmart & when the moment arrives, I remember why. Today I arrived just before 7pm to pickup an online order. I checked in . There are no clear instructions on what to do after check in. So I sat down & waited. The unhappy service members never asked if I needed assistance nor acknowledged my presence. So I approach June, who told me I needed to tell " the other girl when she shows up" I asked if there was a large cart bcuz I was to pick up a large item. She walkie-talkied someone to bring the cart. I noticed the item ordered sitting along the isle. I asked Chris & he in turn asked June who then asked another associate to do the transaction because she didn't want to. QUOTE. For a new store that just opened it was quite a show. I only went upon a request. I won't shop at Walmart even tho I was tempted to purchase a TV. But even the low price couldn't persuade me due to the terrible customer service. I know that my experience doesn't really matter in the eyes of Walmart - but it matters to me. But they have plenty of parking - only good thing I experienced.
