  • It's up there with some of the better pho I've had, although it's not quite on the top tier. The noodles were pretty good, the meat was pretty good, and the soup was quite tasty (although yeah I see you MSG, I see you). If I were stuck in Vegas and had an extreme pho craving, Pho Kim Long would definitely qualify. But seriously, the REAL reason anyone comes here...24 hour pho? This is the greatest godsend ever! Especially when the typical food options (Secret Pizza, Tacos El Gordo) are closed and you have nothing else left. I've always said pho was the #1 hangover food available. Why bother waiting until the morning...just get it right after da club son!
