  • I now have a trust issue with this company. My husband went to pick up AC parts this morning and used his credit card. The guy behind the counter took his license, WALKED TO THE BACK WHERE HE WAS GONE FOR OVER 5 MINUTES, and came back. HE MADE A COPY OF MY HUSBAND'S DRIVER'S LICENSE. And the excuse was he had to verify identity. What the heck? He was standing right there at the counter...what more verification do you need? And what requires a copy of the driver's license if you're using your credit card? I have some real trust issues with this company now and will be filing a formal complaint with BBB because the only person who can take your identification and walk away with it - LEGALLY - is a sworn law enforcement officer. Not a bank teller, not a bank manager, no one else. And these guys had the nerve to get defensive when my husband asked WHY DID YOU WALK AWAY INTO THE BACK WITH MY LICENSE, OUT OF MY SIGHT FOR 5+ MINUTES, AND MAKE A COPY OF MY LICENSE?
