  • I'm not going to lie, after reading reviews across numerous platforms I was extremely wary of renting from this company and I put off looking at their properties. But, in the end, I fell in love with one of their units. It was fairly priced, a great location, close to work. The application process was so smooth, Stacia was great about communicating with me about needs, Diana was great about helping me with the lease. I bugged them pretty frequently with questions via text and they were never anything but helpful and kind. I showed up right at 8:30am, when they open, to pick up my keys and they were ready for me. Long story short, so far it's been a great experience. I love my place. As far as moving out and breaking leases... a lot of the comments made are things that are documented in the lease so, I don't expect any surprises. But I'll be sure to update if there are.
