I was first introduced to legit Asado from an Argentinian friend - I have been obsessed ever since and Branca is where I get my fix when I can't wait on my friend's next BBQ. It is expensive and at first I was skeptical but after trying everything I was not disappointed. The pork was the best and we took inspiration from their "grilled lettuce"/ceasar and make it at home now. One time the beef was overcooked tho.
