I don't normally post reviews, just use yelp to decide where to eat. I have to say that I was really impressed with my first visit to Dillon's. I have to be in a mood for BBQ so driving home I hit the Yelp app and checked out what was around. Saw Dillon's and BBQ sounded amazing. I pull into the parking lot and its PACKED, drove around a couple of times then found a spot. It is St. Patty's day so it was SLAMMED inside. Knowing I was ordering to go I immediately regretted not calling in. I asked the hostess, who was juggling a bunch of people picking up their orders and the phone ringing of the hook like a pro, how long it would take she said "we are a bit backed up so it might be like 15 minutes, sorry I know its normally about 5" I laughed and told her 15 minutes was nothing and placed my order. I decided to grab a beverage at the bar. I walked up to the bar there was one open seat but I decided I didn't want to sit. Within 5 second of me walking up the bartender had my drink order. I finished my drink in about 10 minutes and went to go wait in the lobby. Low and behold my food was ready. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with mild BBQ sauce, and a side of Mac and Cheese (recommended by the hostess). It was FANTASTIC! Nothing negative to say at all. I also appreciated that the hostess took the time to ask about my day and had an actual human interaction with me when it was clear she was doing 10389238840 things at once. I will be back!
