This place is a joke. My fiancé and I went here a couple weeks after a horrific car accident where my 2014 Nissan was totaled. We wanted to find a similar car that day, get it done and head home. No fuss or frills. The salesman said he was new and clearly had no training. I kind of felt bad for the guy, he was definitely in over his head. We wanted firm numbers for the car purchase, instead the salesman ran back and forth between us and some manager cowering in the back. He must have done this about 6 times. Finally he comes back with some "numbers," aka green sharpie diagonally scrawled across a notepad. Classy. Instead of attempting to work with us they wanted to play their game of price is right with green sharpie on a notepad. Real A+ professional service... We requested the manager and newbie told us that "the manager doesn't talk to anyone." Finally got some other "higher up" yokel to come sit with us and he could barely make sense of his own asinine game. He proudly announced that he "knocked $3,000 off the price of the car so the new guy could make his first sale." Yes he said this to us while we were all sitting there. Mind you he couldn't tell is what that original price was... He continuously failed to answer direct questions and instead wanted us to trust his random numbers based on anecdotal evidence from his "30 years of experience." He kept spewing out these platitudes and I was quickly losing my patience with this man's lack of professionalism and his failure to answer any real questions. Maybe you need a different profession if you suck this badly after 30 years. We came in to buy a car that day, but the second we called their suspect methods into question I felt my stomach turn. We left immediately and I told them they should probably stop using the green sharpie method. Best part is the salesman called us two hours later to try and woo us back and finish the sale. Not happening. Ever. These lot rats think people are stupid enough to agree to any number written on a notepad. You guys lost a sale, excellent work fellas. This place is a joke. Rude, unprofessional, no transparency in the sales process, and amateur. AVOID!
