Thank you to David the manager and Angela the receptionist for their great customer service. I was able to book an appointment on the same day for regular manicure and deluxe pedicure. They were nice enough to let me pay the Groupon price in-store. The first tech rushed me when I was deciding on the color and when doing my manicure since she wasn't feeling well while Lido the tech who did my pedicure was very thorough. I wasn't happy with the manicure and David was kind enough to let me change it complimentary. Lido noticed that the polish on my toes was not coming out even and actually brought it up to David so he changed it too. Kudos to Angela for fixing all my nails in the end, I appreciate her pitching in even though she usually works at reception. My recommendation is to ask for specific technicians since it sounds like there are better ones than others bases on other reviews.
