What a cool place! The Peppermill, particularly the Fireside lounge portion, is like being transported back to 70s Vegas. Lots of neon lights and plush seating. They have a cool water based fire pit. Hard to describe but very cool. Its a nice lounge to order drinks while you wait to be seated to eat. The restaurant portion is also very unique with fake plants making it feel like your eating in some odd cross between the jungle and a Dennys. For food, you get a ton of food for your buck. So its awesome by any measure. The food itself wont blow you away but its solid fare. I ordered biscuits and gravy and its a TON of biscuits and gravy. I got sides of eggs and hashbrowns (if you want it crispy I recommend you ask for that as mine were kinda soft) and I couldn't finish half. While we were there we tried both the mimosas and the bloody marys (if you get an extra shot, then its def a stout drink!) and we enjoyed both. Our service at both the lounge and the restaurant was excellent. Our waitress was particularly good and on top of her game. The peppermill is def a gem that will recommend to others looking for good food after a hard night, or morning, of drinking and gambling.
