Pretty frustrated with this establishment. After trying to spend $175.00 to purchase a gift certificate over the phone I was told they couldn't even email me a receipt. I understand why they wouldn't want to email the certificate itself, but all I wanted was something in writing stating they received my $, especially since I don't live even close to this place.
As frustrating as that was, it was the woman on the phone that really got to me. After my first request for a receipt she left me on hold for 10 minutes. Then returned with an annoyed tone in her voice to tell me the manager was the only one that could send me an email. When I asked if I could speak with the manager she loudly hung up on me.
If your hands are tied because of a policy, be apologetic not adversarial. I would have had patience to wait and understood.
