rev:text	This place came highly recommended from a friend and we were excited to try a new place with reasonable prices! The onboarding process was a little disorganized, but we still decided to board our dog, Petey, here this past week because the staff seemed nice. Fast-forward a few days and I have to warn anyone who will listen: DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG HERE OVERNIGHT. Our dog was "put in timeout" for being loud (it's a dog daycare! He's playing! Get a grip!) for most of his stay. He was infrequently in the yard and mostly crated (which we specifically asked them to call us before doing because he is a rescue with abuse history) all week he was there. Even worse, he came home shaking and skittish and reactive to our touch as if he had been hit or yelled at while at the facility. We called during his stay to check up on him, but were mostly brushed off and told he was "resting" or "being too loud" when we could not find him on camera. Unfortunately, we were 2,000 miles away and our hands were tied. At checkout, the staff admitted they had over 100 dogs there during the holiday (this place is wayyyy too small for that many dogs). And the last straw was they tried to overcharge us for the stay, got mad when we asked for an itemized receipt, and then realized they overcharged us and had to refund us $25 in cash. This place is run by a bunch of amateurs unable to handle a business or proper dog care. They treated my dog poorly and he was barely let out of his crate/kennel to play. If I wanted to crate my dog all week, I'd pay $20 at my awesome vets for that! Buyer beware, this place is over crowded, understaffed, and poorly run. Take your business somewhere else!
