rev:text	The location is nice and clean, but it's not the best Good Earth I've ever been to. They always seems to be quite short staffed. Everytime I go, it's always just one employee working. There is an older gentleman there (he may be the owner?) and whenever I encounter him, he is always surly and rude. He is also incredibly slow when he makes drinks (I once waited almost ten minutes for a chai latte from him. Seriously?!) He was also not in proper dress code. I know that is a nit picky thing, but when you see an employee wearing a dirty fleece sweater and sweatpants with no apron, it makes you wonder what else they would let slide. Their drinks are just ok tasting. I've had good drinks here, but also ones that were not so good. Once, I had a chai latte and it tasted like burnt milk with not even a slight hint of chai taste. I asked them to add some pumps of chai to it, but it still tasted nasty so I just tossed it in the garbage (A big waste of $5). I also find temperature of the drink at this location is inconsistent. I've had drinks that were barely lukewarm and others that were scalding hot. They also close earlier than posted hours. Their sign says they are open until 9:00 pm on Fridays. I met a friend here for coffee at 7:00 pm and at 7:45, they told us they were closed and we had to leave. If you want to close early, that's fine. But have the proper hours posted. It is very misleading to customers, just saying! There are better Good Earths in this city. Heck, even the one at Mount Royal is light years better.
