  • I stayed one night and I'll never stay here again. The AC did not work, my boyfriend called the front desk 4 times 4pm, 6pm, 1030pm, and 12am and they never sent a tech to fix it. VEGAS is hot can't stay in a "RESORT" with a non working AC and with poor customer service. Why charge RESORT FEES ???? Before check out time a housekeeping lady opened the door instead of knocking first. I had a Bad experience I rather pay extra and get better service.
