  • I was referred to Quail by our normal plumber (who was too busy to get to us in a timely manner). The front office is very customer oriented and personable. The plumber on the other hand was inefficient, somewhat rude, incompetent, and very messy (leaving bits and pieces and trash lying about). He was asked to turn the water off at the suite in order to replace a faucet but he turned the water off to the whole building which affected the businesses of the other tenants of the building. We have specific basket strainers that accommodate hair traps and now one of the hair traps will not work because of the work done on the new basket strainer. He took 5 hours to replace three basket strainers and a faucet and a p-trap (which he broke) and kept taking cigarette breaks prolonging the job. Needless to say we will never use Quail again based on this plumbers performance.
