  • When our furniture arrived there was some damage and no one seemed concerned.....they said fill out a claim which we did and it was all done thru email and immediately denied because of a 5000 dollar deductable. Call and they said that I did not request this deductable so unfortunately it is my fault .....claims are truly a waste of time and wil not be using them in the future
